Vladimir Putin made chilling comment after taking NFL Super Bowl ring New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft's legendary side won six Super Bowls - yet he only has five rings to show for it.
Also recalling the incident in 2013, Kraft said: "I took out the ring and showed it to him, and he put it on and he goes 'I can kill someone with this ring'.
Kraft said: "I decided to give him the ring as a symbol of the respect and admiration that I have for the Russian people and the leadership of President Putin.".
Kraft reluctantly agreed and would go on to release a statement in 2005, claiming he offered the ring to Putin as a sign of respect and friendship.
Speaking in the NFL Film Series, Kraft said: "Anyone that has a privilege of having one understands why the ring is the thing.
