At Lavender Hill magistrates court last week, Kudus was convicted of using a handheld mobile phone while driving a motor vehicle on a road.
Premier League striker Mohammed Kudus was caught by police using his mobile phone while driving his £100,000 Mercedes away from West Ham’s training ground.
PC Palmer said Kudus confirmed at the roadside he had been using the phone "for setting up the Sat-Nav function on their phone.
"The driver was engaging with the phone, I could see the screen was illuminated and the driver made repeated contact with the screen using their left thumb.
PC James Palmer told the court he was riding a marked police bike at 1.22pm on April 30 in Wood Lane, Romford, when he spotted Kudus’ vehicle.
