Lehmann - previously dubbed the 'World's Sexiest Footballer' - is enjoying life in Italy after joining Juventus alongside her boyfriend Douglas Luiz in the summer.
After initially sharing pictures of herself at the popular holiday destination, Lehmann has now showed off her football skills with a post on social media.
However, while Lehmann heads off to the Maldives, the same cannot be said for partner Douglas Luiz - who remains in Italy ahead of his side's action-packed winter schedule.
