They now face the awkwardness of watching themselves happily loved-up on the Midnight Gameshow segment of Michael McIntyre's Big Show. Sam, 32, and Zara, 28, secretly filmed the TV show weeks before their split and are now waiting to find out if BBC One will screen the show later this month.

A source told The Sun: 'Zara and Sam were really happy and in love when they agreed to take part in the Midnight Gameshow. But now they've broken up it's going to be rather awkward if the BBC chooses to air it. 'Obviously Zara and Sam took part in a professional capacity so they are not kicking up a stink. Bit it is rather embarrassing to think they're going to have to watch themselves back on telly when they were still together.
