And now Milan bosses are deciding whether to make an offer for Rashford, 27, although it would only be a loan deal and United would have to pay some of his £350,000-a-week wages. Juventus have already decided not to make a move for Rashford because of his salary, even though they like the forward.

Milan’s senior advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a big fan of the England international as they played together at Old Trafford although he could prove to be too expensive. Napoli remain interested in £50million-rated Rashford although to make the deal happen, one option would be to end Osimhen’s current loan move at Galatasaray in Turkey and send him to United in a swap.

If Osimhen decides that he would rather stay in Istanbul than go to United, another option would be for Napoli to sell Georgian star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia but he is valued at around £75m. Another player that could be leaving Old Trafford on loan during the January transfer window is Antony.

SunSport understand Europa Conference League holders Olympiacos are keen on the winger. The Greek giants are rigorously looking for a new winger to add some spark to their attack. This comes after the Piraeus outfit parted ways with former Chelsea, Arsenal and Fulham ace Willian just three months after he signed as a free agent.
