Caroline Flack's friends are reportedly "devastated" after their relationship with her family broke down. One of her pals hit back after Caroline's mum, Christine, questioned why the TV host was left alone in her flat on the night of her suicide. The new documentary, which will be shown on Disney+ later this year, follows Christine as she "attempts to uncover the truth" about the circumstances leading up to her daughter's tragic death at the age of 40. The doc features first hand testimony from several of Caroline's close friends and family.

Christine Flack said: "I still have so many questions about what happened to Caroline in her final months, and it’s something I feel deeply compelled to explore, even though I know it will be challenging. I’m pleased to be working with the team at Curious Films once again, in the hope of bringing clarity and understanding to Carrie’s story – not just for her, but for everyone who cared about her.”.

But some of Caroline's friends are said to have been left heartbroken, amid new reports the grieving mother has cut them off, despite previously being close to them. As the fifth anniversary of Caroline's death draws closer, the new documentary prompted anger from her pals, who feel they're being treated unfairly after doing everything they could to help her.

The Mail reports that a close friend of celebrity hair stylist Lou Teasdale, who was with Caroline hours before she died, asked why it was 'down to' her to look after Caroline. They said: "Where was her family?" The friend added: "Louise had to get back to her young daughter, she couldn't stay any longer. They [Lou and pal Mollie Grosberg] had been with Caroline for hours and hours and they tried to get her to go to hospital but she wouldn't.
