Chloe Madeley has shared a candid photo of herself taken just days after she gave birth to her daughter. The daughter of Richard Madeley and Judi Finnigan, 37, welcomed Bodhi into the world two years ago with her ex-husband, James Haskell, 39, and reveals her 'approach to fitness has had to change' since becoming a mum. Lifting the lid on the 'realities' of pregnancy, the personal trainer compared the postpartum snap with one of her currently, telling her Instagram followers there are "Five things to accept about having a baby".
Commenting on the photos, in which she shows off her toned abs in a pink bikini in the most recent snap compared to one of her showing her postpartum tummy in the shot from two years ago, Chloe shared a list of five things to accept after pregnancy. Explaining these involved being patient and accepting that your approach to fitness must change, she concluded her post, saying: '"There is nothing wrong with wanting to feel good in your own skin. Before or after having a child. Anyone who comes at you for caring about this needs to be pointed in the direction of their hair, makeup and or clothing priorities." She also told her followers, her priority now was her "daughter, not my body goals".
It comes after the mum-of-one showed her ex-husband James what he was missing as she stripped down to her underwear in a saucy Instagram snap last month. As the former England star reportedly moves on with mum-of-two, Helen Barclay, Chloe posed to perfection in the sexy photo as she stuck out her tongue, sporting a bra and thong. Chloe and James appeared to have it all when they got hitched before welcoming their first child together. However, after an awkward reality show on ITVBe, it was announced the pair had called it quits.
The Dancing On Ice star opened up about her desire for more children after she split from James in 2023 after 10 years together and whether she could see herself getting married again. She told her Instagram fans in a Q&A: "If I met the right person, I would for sure. But it's not something I want to do enough alone, if that makes sense. I change my mind about this a lot though, so you might have gotten a different answer from me last week.".
However, when asked if she was still single, Chloe replied, stoically: "I am very single and so passive/lazy about it. I highly doubt I will ever not be again.".
