Christian took to social media on Monday to explain to his followers he has been dealing with some 'pretty intense hormonal health issues'. 'The effects of this have been rapid weight gain and water retention in the face and abdomen,' he wrote. 'Off the back of this I've made the decision to finally address one of my contributing factors to the issue, my relationship with food and diet.'.
