Carla had refused to see her sibling, but Rob's son Bobby urged her to reconsider so that she could see for herself that he was a changed man.
Rob had claimed to son Bobby he had found religion and wasn't who he used to be. Claiming to be turning his life around, he even agreed to be a kidney donor for his sick sister Carla, which she struggled with. As the pair had a long-awaited catch-up on Wednesday night, Rob gave Carla the same claims of how he was a different person. But with Carla unsure, ahead of her agreeing to Rob possibly being a donor, she wasn't the only one questioning Rob.
Viewers watching at home were convinced there was more to his story, and that he had an agenda. Many viewers took to X to share their theories, convinced they knew exactly what he had planned. Fans believe he has no intention of helping Carla and is instead looking for a way to escape prison. One fan posted: "Anyone else think Rob is planning to escape from the hospital and has no intention of donating a kidney to Carla?" Another agreed: "So many people have said this so yes," as a third said: "Absolutely that’s why he had to set Bobby up to convince her.".
