It was a huge night in Albert Square on Wednesday, as EastEnders fans saw Billy and Honey celebrated their hen and stag do before their big day next week. They were joined by surprise guests Minty Peterson and Garry Hobbs who made their return after 15 years away. As well as this, Billy was treated to a video message from West Ham captain, Jarrod Bowen who made a surprise cameo in the soap. Aside from the huge surprises - fans spotted a 'hint' towards Cindy's attacker with one key line. Cindy was attacked and 'left for dead' on Christmas Day - but it's still yet to be revealed who struck the blow. The attacker is set to be revealed during the anniversary week - but fans think they've already worked it out.
During the celebrations, the boys and girls took part in a quiz. As Alfie announced there was a football quiz on the cards, the hens, which included Stacey and Kathy exclaimed how it wasn't fair. However, Elaine then exclaimed: "Do not worry, ladies, I have a secret weapon!" which happened to be Kojo. As he got a point for the team, Kojo expressed: "Lainey said I can be an honourable hen tonight," as Honey gushed: "And a wonderful one you are too!".
Fans are certain that the 'mystery weapon' wasn't just to win the quiz, and the soap are alluding to Kojo being Cindy's attacker. "The fact that Kojo was Elaine's 'secret WEAPON' for the Hen's in today's episode is making me more convinced it was Kojo who attacked Cindy," wrote one fan on X, formerly known as Twitter, while another agreed: "I’ve said from the start it’s him.". Despite the theory - Cindy herself has decided to look away from George's family, and is focusing on the Beales. At the moment, she's convinced her husband Ian is the attacker. So much so, she's paid Priya to 'get close' to Ian in a bid to hopefully find her locket in his possession - which went missing the night she was attacked.
Although it looked like her plan seemed to be working at the start, Cindy's plans have once again been busted as Ian overheard a conversation between herself and Priya at the end of the episode. Despite Priya 'faking' her feelings towards Ian, it looks like fans of the soap were hoping there was more to the story. Taking to X, one fan wrote: "Kind of want Priya and Ian together it’s such a shame that it’s just Cindy’s mind games. #EastEnders," while another agreed: "The Cindy and Priya alliance just makes so much sense. (Although I did enjoy Priya and Ian’s friendship) #Eastenders.".
