Emily Andre has had a hair transformation - and the change to her waist-length locks has sent her loyal army of fans wild. The mum of three, who is married to Mysterious Girl popstar Peter Andre, showed off the results of her glamorous new cut and colour on her Instagram page this week. The NHS doctor, 35, posted a video showing her before-and-after photos and revealing that she'd had a good few inches chopped off the length as well as some new creamy highlights. She captioned the clip "Hair transformation by the lovely @beckie_headlines," followed by a poll asking "what do we all think?".
The stylist Beckie Miller also counts Emily's stepdaughter, 17-year-old Princess Andre, among her past clients. Posting about her work on her own Instagram account, Beckie said: "First time doing Emily’s hair, the aim was to cancel out unwanted warm tones and create more of a blank canvas so that moving forward we can work on brightening the ends and around the face!". Beckie also revealed she'd given TV doctor Emily a "full balayage with sliced lowlights in-between every foil as we still wanted to keep plenty of natural depth and blend any demarcation! I am OBSESSED! The most beautiful mane to work on.".
Emily's fans were quick to comment on the post, with one writing: "Wow! Hair goals", and another adding: "Stunning! And looks so much healthier". A third commented: "HAIR ENVY". In October last year, stylist Beckie revealed she'd given Princess, whose mum is former glamour model Katie Price, some face frame foils for "a delicate money piece, styled smooth and straight ready for a Halloween party tonight".
While the mum of three, who shares Amelia, 10, Theo, eight, and Arabella, who turns one in April, with husband Peter, normally exudes confidence, she once revealed that her hair had become a target for cruel internet trolls. In 2022 she told The Sun that she was so affected by one comment telling her she "needed to get a haircut", that she felt forced to cut her long locks. "I remember probably six or seven years ago, we had gone to something and I had lots of nice comments and I remember one person saying 'her hair is so long, she really needs to get a haircut'. I remember thinking 'god my whole life people have said how nice my hair is' and then this one person saying I really need a haircut and I did, I probably had six inches off my hair after that," she said.
