BBC child star, now 21, totally unrecognisable at Paris Fashion show

Former Casualty star Emily Carey was worlds away from their medical drama counterpart as they took to the red carpet for Paris Fashion Week. The 21-year-old star was pictured in attendance at the event, wearing a stylish orange blazer and trousers to match.

Emily has appeared in numerous TV and film projects over the years but they are likely best known for their role on Casualty, where they rose to fame as Grace Beachamp-Strachan, the daughter of much-loved senior consultant and TV icon Connie (Amanda Mealing).

The actor appeared in a total of 41 episodes of the BBC One series between 2014 and 2021. Grace had something of a difficult relationship with Connie, given her mum’s devotion to her work. Emily featured in numerous storylines over the years and made their final appearance as Grace in what also happened to be the very same episode in which Connie left.
