It’s going to be quite a week in soapland and here’s a first look at everything to come. 1. Ian attempts to convince Cindy to go to the police after a discovery. Cindy, however, is determined to do things her own way. 2. Martin is cold with Ruby over how she dealt with Councillor Barker and his stance on the subject doesn’t change when the council agree to keep the market open. The traders celebrate the victory but things take an unexpected turn when Councillor Barker closes Martin’s stall down for an alleged health and safety violation.

3. Yolande asks Nigel if he’s told Phil about his dementia diagnosis yet, but he remains silent. As they work together at the soup kitchen, a woman named Norma approaches Nigel. The two getting along very well – that is until Norma asks him out. 4. Accusations are made against Gina, with George forced to step in to defend his daughter. Gina is asked to explain herself to her family, who are shocked by what she says.
