Adding to the drama, it was shockingly disclosed that April was pregnant when she fled, with her anxiety over the potential family turmoil this could cause. In heart-wrenching scenes, April delivered a stillborn child in a public restroom and was later discovered unconscious on a park bench. Having recuperated in hospital, April is back in the Dales, receiving support from her family who now know of her tragic loss. She told them the baby's father was just a "random" guy from a party last year.
