Emmerdale has hinted there might still be more to come in the Tom King (James Chase) abuse storyline – despite the fact he is behind bars for his crimes. Earlier this week, the evil character was sentenced to three years in jail for his abuse and coercive control of wife Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) after a harrowing trial.

During Friday’s episode of the ITV soap, Belle was still processing the previous day’s events, while Tom’s sentence was the talk of the village. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video.

Up Next. Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) shared her fears with Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) that while the worst may be over, she believed there could be more to come. ‘I can’t shake this feeling like that there’s more to come,’ Mandy said. ‘I don’t know [how], but like he’s not done yet.’.

Belle was also left wondering what else Tom could have done as she chatted with Mandy’s adopted son Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson). As fans of the ITV soap will remember, Tom attacked Vinny at the scrapyard earlier this year, when he was supposed to be at a conference.

Unbeknown to Belle, Tom had been tracking her phone, and was led to the scrapyard after Vinny agreed to help Belle fix her phone. Vinny and Belle have never known that Tom was behind the attack, and they threw back to the incident during a conversation on Friday.
