Manchester City fans' decision to mock Vinicius Junior over his Ballon d'Or defeat backfired as the Brazilian was crowned man of the match after Real Madrid's 3-2 win on Tuesday.
The Brazilian cheekily responded by pointing to the Champions League badge on the side of his shirt, which contained the number 15, a reference to the number of European Cups Madrid have won, with Vinicius himself winning two.
City fans took the chance to mock him on Tuesday by unfurling a huge banner which showed Rodri kissing the Ballon d'Or as the teams walked out before kick-off.
Madrid travelled to City for the first leg of their Champions League play-off, with Vinicius lining up on the left wing.
But former City man Brahim Diaz equalised before Bellingham slid in the winner from close range two minutes into added time.
