A three-year-old girl who died in a crash involving a tram and a van in Manchester has been named. Louisa 'Lulu' Palmisano, from Burley, died following the incident on Saturday. She was visiting the city with her parents at the time. Police have arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He remains in police custody.
