THIS is the terrifying moment customers are forced to run for their lives as a Porsche SUV smashes through a packed barber shop. Horror footage shows the Porsche Macan ploughing through the popular Texas hair salon before crashing into a 10-year-old boy and ramming him through a wall.

The young child was left with internal bleeding and was rushed to hospital after the collision, police said. Surveillance footage captured the moments of the crash at the 32 Degrees Barbershop in the city of Houston. Inside the shop was 25 barbers and customers with some receiving treatment at the time the car broke through the walls.

The sound of the Porsche tearing through a neighboring shop quickly raised alarm bells as those inside started to panic and run for the exit. The scary video then shows how the SUV clattering into the shop and opening up a giant hole in the walls. Debris was sent flying and wiped out several people still trapped inside the barbers.

The 10-year-old was directly hit as the motor sped through the shop and smashed through the opposite wall. The boy was reportedly sent flying along with the car into the massage parlour next door. Darrick Brown, the owner of the shop, told Fox San Antonio: "Man, it was crazy, man. I was shaken up, man when I turned. I was like, 'cause it's like the kid just disappeared.

"I don't know. It's just one of them things that happen.". A second woman was also left injured and taken to hospital, the owner of the shocked strip mall, Joseph Rothchild said. The driver of the SUV, was later revealed to be a 61-year-old man who had managed to drive through four interior walls before coming to a standstill in a gun shop.
