A WOMAN has revealed how she is the ‘mother of all catfishes’ after showcasing a dramatic before-and-after transformation. Sammy Lou, a mother of four, lost all of her teeth after several failed dental procedures. During her first pregnancy, she began experiencing sharp pains in her teeth and sought treatment, undergoing root canals and fillings. However, during her second pregnancy, the pain returned, and her teeth began to shatter.

By her third pregnancy, she was advised to get dental implants. But due to the high costs, the mum-of-four opted for dentures instead. Now, Sammy, 38, regularly shares positive videos about her journey on TikTok, where she has gained over 550,000 followers. In one of her latest videos, Sammy did a make-up tutorial and jokingly called herself the “mother of all catfishes” after being trolled for her transformation.

Speaking previously, Sammy revealed that she actually prefers the look of her face without teeth. She said: "I rock a bald mouth. "Yes I have these things I have named Tammy that I put in my mouth to help me chew but I don't have teeth.". "I embrace my bald mouth, my mouth feels so good, it feels healthy. "I do not care, it does not bother me.". Last year, Sammy had 23 teeth removed in February because they were so sensitive, and decided not to get implants.

Instead she got dentures fitted, which cost her £1,950. She explained: "My teeth were sensitive, and after several failed dental procedures, continuing to fix them only prolonged the inevitable. "And they just hurt. So I said screw it and had 'em pulled. I simply couldn’t afford to try and keep 'em anymore.". Samantha, who is mum to Tony, 21, Ellie, eight, Lily, six, and Emmy, four, added: "I have been embracing my bald beautiful mouth for 19 weeks now, since February 26 when I had 23 teeth extracted from my mouth.".
Speaking previously to What's The Jam, the customer service assistant said: "I spent more time at the dentist during my pregnancies, than I did at my doctors' office. “I was scared and confused as to why the dental work I kept having done would fail me only a short time later. “My teeth were just soft and brittle. “I had tooth pain and my mouth was being cut by the broken teeth.”. Before she got pregnant, Samantha received a diagnosis of malabsorption which means that her body struggles to properly absorb nutrients from food, leading to issues with dental enamel, ulcers, and cavity lesions.
Speaking to Techopedia, professional dating coast Jacob Lucas reveals how to see if someone is a catfish on dating apps. A lot of people are insecure about themselves. They may not be very confident about dating or making friends, or about the way they look, so they create this fake persona. When they get attention and receive compliments, they then feel validated. Very often, catfishes are in that person’s life already, so they already know them. Sometimes, it can be started off as a joke and then it spirals out of control. People can become addicted to it and it becomes a habit.
The third reason is that as weird as it sounds, they think they're doing the right thing. If it’s a friend who has a lot of bad luck in their love life, they want to give them confidence. But they often get stuck in the habit and can’t stop doing it. And finally, its could be that the person is trying to extort money from the other person. They may ask for a small amount of money to pay for their electricity bill for example to start off with, but if they do, it can spiral into a large amount of money. They use romance to get people to send them money.
