This home epitomises Trigg's relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle with its seamless indoor-outdoor flow, striking contemporary details, and an enviable location backing into the lush Peet/Fyfe Reserve. 'Each of Meaghan's builds are unique to her clients, and so our home is our personality in a house,' current owner Angie Alexander told FEMAIL. 'We didn't want it to look like any other house on the street, we wanted it to be an expression of who we really are.

As parents, Angie and Trent revealed that the only reason they're moving is to upsize so their three growing kids can have more space. 'We were planning on living here for at least 10 years, but our children aren't going to be leaving the home soon,' Angie said. 'The only reason we're moving is because we need a more multi-generational home now. 'The cost of living is crazy, and we want our children to be able to stay at home rather than rent while they save for their own spaces.'.

The home makes an impression the moment you step through the custom gold gate. A striking geometric Adam Goodrum Kite Breeze wall hints at the design wonders inside, while the freestanding curved fireplace and round heated swimming pool evoke an immediate sense of resort-style serenity. Walking through the front door, you're greeted by an expansive open-plan family, dining, and kitchen area, bathed in natural northern light from the signature round window and curved brick walls.

The connection to nature is undeniable, with almost every room offering a breathtaking vista of the adjacent parkland. 'Building this house was really lovely because the old duplex didn't take advantage of the park views. And now, the house really captures the best aspects of the beautiful surroundings,' Angie added. The kitchen is in the heart of the home and functions as a masterclass in stylish functionality.

'You don't feel like you have neighbours because you're facing the park, but you also feel like you're part of the community. It's very open, but also private. 'I grew up in the area and the little beach house is between two busy beaches - Trigg and Scarborough - so it's a lovely little spot.'. The kitchen is in the heart of the home and functions as a masterclass in stylish functionality. A sculptural scalloped oval island bench makes a bold statement, while high-end appliances, including a Liebherr fridge, Smeg oven, and hidden Miele washing machine, ensure every culinary task is a breeze.
