Littler earned the famous cup last month by defeating Michael van Gerwen in the Alexandra Palace final. He captioned his post: "Happy Valentine's Day love.". When he originally posted the snap of himself with the Sid Waddell Trophy at the time, fans were quick to notice the teenager's Christmas-themed bedding. This time around, the world champ made sure to clarify that he does not still have the same bedding on in February.

Speaking after his triumph, Littler said: "Yeah, obviously, there was a few in particular that were doing it [whistling] when Luke [Humphries] was throwing. "Kirk [Bevins, match referee] told them to be quiet and it got even worse, and then I missed doubles and Luke breaks at 5-4. "I'm just like, 'Kirk, you've made it worse for me there, I'm 5-4 down.' But I broke back and held my throw very strongly again.

"If it's the same (outcome) as what it was when Kirk said it, then obviously just leave it. Obviously, they've got to step in at some point and say something. But yeah, that was pretty bad, but I got the win.". Night 1 - Belfast: Humphries beat Dobey 6-1. Night 2 - OVO Hydro, Glasgow - Thursday February 13. Night 3 - 3Arena, Dublin - Thursday February 20.
