Their first child was born 10 weeks early and was forced to spend 53 days in the ICU in an incubator, which Emily described as the 'hardest time' of her and Jordan's lives. However the family are now enjoying their time together as Emily took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of the threesome wrapped up for a winter walk.
