She continued: "Staring at Eva through an incubator with wires everywhere and feeling totally helpless, asking the nurses to help us hold our baby.
The reality TV star shared a montage of moments from Eva's time in hospital from being supported by medical equipment to being well enough to go home.
The Made in Chelsea star, 28, gave birth almost two months ago and opened up to fans about spending 53 gruelling days in intensive care.
