Sony has announced the roster of games coming to the PlayStation Plus catalogue for Premium and Extra subscribers this month. Just have the basic Essential membership? You don’t get access to these games, which will be available from February 18. Here’s the full list. All games are playable on PS4 and PlayStation 5 unless specified:. We’ll also get a couple of retro titles, which are only accessible to PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers:.

Which are the standouts for this month? Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is the flagship title. It’s a 2023 game and the second of the Jedi titles following on from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. It’s in contention for the best Star Wars game of all time, and sees you take on the role of Cal Kestis as he tries to evade the Empire. Thrilling stuff, and it plays out as a story-heavy third-person action adventure.

Most fans would recommend you play Fallen Order first, but that’s part of the EA Play service rather than the PlayStation Plus catalogue. Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 1 is also worth a look for any fans of story-driven games. It’s part of a new series, but comes from the original creators of the Life is Strange games, Don’t Nod. Lost Records comes to PlayStation Plus on its first day of release, which is a nice little win for PS fans. It also means we don’t know quite how good this title is just yet.

Our hope is Lost Records outdoes the recently released Life is Strange: Double Exposure, which didn’t quite reach the heights of the first games in the series. Want a game you can beat in an evening or two? We also recommend trying out Somerville. While it didn’t get stellar reviews ats its release in 2022, it’s an extremely atmospheric and engaging experience. It’s only let down by some frustrating moments, owing to imperfect controls and a lack of clear visual direction in a couple of scenes.
