A self-proclaimed prophet who claims to hear messages from God has said 2025 will bring with it a war, as tensions escalate in Ukraine and Russia, with world powers being dragged in. Preacher Joshua Giles, who has previously made predictions and claims his insights come from messages on high, has spoken out as the New Year gets underway. It is not all bad news though, as Joshua says doctors will make huge strides in the medical world, with scientists creating cures for common diseases and illnesses and even claims certain cancers will be cured.
Joshua, who founded Kingdom Embassy Worship Center in Minneapolis, and says that ever since he was a child he has had several dreams and messages from God. He now believes it is his duty to spread his word and has even written a book, When God Speaks, which asks everyone to look for kindness and good in this world ahead of all the "darkness.".
Speaking to the Daily Mail, he said: "One of the recent prophecies that I shared was about rising terror attacks that I saw against the US. I believe that there's going to be more darkness or evil on the rise.". Speaking of the war, he predicts that conflicts in Israel and Ukraine will escalate and adds that it wont be long before other nations including the UK and the USA, will be dragged into it due to a huge escalation. According to Joshua, this will first take the form of increasing terror attacks on other countries.
At the end of 2024, another self-proclaimed prediction teller - a man dubbed 'Living Nostradamus' thanks to his ability to predict future events - made seven chilling predictions for the year ahead. Brazilian Athos Salomé, who the New York Post this year revealed had correctly predicted four prophecies - the coronavirus pandemic, Elon Musk buying X, the huge Microsoft outage and the death of Queen Elizabeth’s death, revealed his predictions for 2025.
