TV host Ricki Lake has shared a chilling video in which a psychic predicted years ago that she would lose her home in a fire. The veteran presenter is one of thousands to have lost her property to the devastating LA wildfires that have killed 16 people. But in a scary post, Ricki shared a clip of medium Tyler Henry seeming to predict her loss months ago.
The clip first appeared on his Netflix show titled Live From the Other Side With Tyler Henry. In it, the medium told Ricki and her husband Ross Burningham there would be a “loss of material items” brought from both fire and water. He said on the October 2024 episode: "So we’re gonna end up finding there’s a story where there was a house fire or something along those lines, a fire risk. He later added that the water would be separate.
Sharing the footage on social media, Ricki wrote: "The great @tylerhenrymedium called it! Ross and I were on Tyler’s show and guys, he SAW the fire." She went on to say she is “praying for all those impacted by this ongoing nightmare,” including Henry, whose home she revealed could be at risk due to the ongoing blazes.
Amber Riley commented on the post: "He never ceases to amaze me. I was asked to do his show years ago and I said no lol i was too scared," while another user wrote: "He's amazing.. I still get chills with Alan thicke. He is definitely a special human. Sending love and prayers." A third added: "This is incredible. We love his show and I’m sorry he was right.".
However, not everyone was convinced. Another user penned: "I love Tyler but I don’t believe that’s what he was seeing. The California fires are a much bigger event, not just specific to Ricki. Plus he talked a lot about water being the main destructor which doesn’t fit. Maybe Tyler will answer. He sometimes does.".
