One couple recorded footage of themselves getting engaged on Christmas Day surrounded by friends and family, with the clip quickly going on viral on TikTok. However, the reason for it doing so isn't what you'd expect.
Whilst the majority of the loved-up pair's party were only too happy to express their delight, for one attendee that wasn't the case at all. In terms of social media reaction, the woman in question stole the show as TikTok users were left stunned by her facial expression.
"I'm engaged!" bride-to-be Cassey Marie proudly declared in the video's caption alongside Taylor Swift's Love Story playing in the background. With her new fiancé down on one knee, just over his right shoulder sat another woman who appeared disgusted for the majority of the clip's 25-second duration.
"I had to watch it twice to confirm if she said yes," one TikTok user penned in response. "I was too invested in Raging Spice in the background!". A second added: "I'd be absolutely THRILLED inside, hopping with excitement and making plans in my head for the hen night already - but have a rbf [resting b**ch face] like the girl in the back! Huge congratulations.".
