Ronda Rousey and her husband Travis Browne have welcomed their baby Liko’ula Pā’ūomahinakaipiha into the world amid the Los Angeles wildfires. The former WWE champion gave birth to her and her fellow UFC star’s second child as she hinted they are still in the LA area after more than 100,000 people have been forced to evacuate their homes as six fires rage throughout the city.

The 37-year-old athlete trains out of Glendale in LA County, and while it’s unclear where her daughter was born, Rousey has suggested she and her family are still in the area. ‘Our little girl came into this world during a windstorm into a city on fire, so grateful she made it safe and sound,’ she wrote on Instagram.

She revealed the couple have named their second daughter Liko’ula Pā’ūomahinakaipiha Browne – the first name meaning ‘newly opened leaf’ in Hawaiian – and she ended the caption with a red love heart. The star shared family photos with the new arrival, as well as a video of Ronda introducing her and Travis’ eldest daughter La’akea, three, to her sibling.
