Savannah Chrisley has admitted she has 'struggled' to look after her two siblings following their parents' imprisonment two years ago. The 27-year-old television personality's mom and dad, Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley, were jailed in 2022 after being convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion. As a result, Savannah is now the legal guardian of her younger siblings Grayson, 18, and Chloe, 12. Opening up about her new parental responsibilities, Savannah said that she works multiple jobs in order to pay the bills and make ends meet.

'I wasn't expecting to get two kids,' she said. 'So, between that, legal expenses to fight for my parents, I am just like anyone else out here. 'Sure, I put a smile on my face. I look the part, I play the part. But it doesn't mean I actually am the part. You fake it till you make it. That's the world that we live in.'. In a recent interview with People, Savannah added: 'I've struggled. I've had to work multiple jobs. I sell houses. I do podcasting. I do social media influencing. I do anything that comes my way.'.

Prosecutors alleged that they submitted falsified financial documents to secure millions of dollars in loans, and they were found guilty of defrauding community banks out of more than $30 million. Julie, 52, is currently serving seven years in prison and her appeal for a shorter sentence was denied in September 2024. Meanwhile, Todd, 55, is serving a 12-year sentence for tax evasion and bank fraud. Last month, Savannah shared a 'bittersweet' update regarding her dad Todd's prison stint and claimed he has been 'threatened' whilst behind bars.

During the latest episode of her Unlocked podcast, she revealed he is going to be moved elsewhere because 'FPC Pensacola is closing down.'. 'Before I wrap up, something I did not touch on that I wanna touch on because I posted it on social media, but dad's facility is closing down,' Savannah said. 'FPC Pensacola is closing down. It's a bittersweet feeling. I am happy it's closing down because no human being should be subjected to the conditions or treatment that that facility gave. '[But] I'm sad that it's closing down because I don't know where he's gonna go, I don't know where they're gonna try and put him.'.
