In the last few hours, orders were issued for parts of Santa Monica to be evacuated as flames tore through the LA coast. A massive 1,200-acre brush fire also broke out in celebrity enclave the Palisades on Tuesday morning. Among the victims were Heidi and Spencer Pratt, whose home burned down. Thankfully, the couple, famous for their roles in The Hills, and their entire family managed to evacuate their home safely earlier in the day. Before the evacuation began, Spencer shared a video on his Instagram Stories showing fire officials attempting to control the blaze by dropping water from above onto the nearby mountainside.
