Three people have been stabbed in east London after a large group were seen fighting, the Met Police has said. Officers were called shortly before 4am on Friday to The Broadway in Stratford following reports of the fight. Police and paramedics attended the scene and found three men, aged 22, 32 and 36, with stab wounds and a fourth man, 26, with a jaw injury. The Met Police explained that the three stabbing injuries were not considered to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The force added that an arrest has been made. A police spokesperson said: “Shortly before 04:00hrs on Friday, 14 February, police were called to The Broadway, Stratford, following reports of a large group fighting. “Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service. “Four men sustained injuries requiring hospital treatment. “Three men – aged 22, 32 and 36 – were believed to have stab wounds. Their injuries have all been assessed as non-life threatening and non-life changing.
