Aubrey Plaza and husband Jeff Baena seen on last outing before his tragic death

Aubrey Plaza and her husband Jeff Baena were last pictured together six months before his tragic death on Friday. The 47-year-old filmmaker was found dead at their home in Los Feliz by an assistant and he was pronounced dead at the scene with LA County Medical Examiner's Office later confirming that he had taken his own life.
Jeff had married actress Aubrey, 40, in 2021 after a decade of dating after they initially met on a film set. They had largely kept their relationship out of the public eye and were last pictured together six months ago, when they were enjoying a summer's walk in the sunshine of a Los Angeles park.
The couple were looking relaxed as they strolled in Griffith Park as they dressed casually for the opportunity to get some fresh air and enjoy the summer's day. In pictures obtained by Mailonline, Aubrey wore cool shades and had a water bottle in hand as she strode out in a white T-shirt and dark shorts along with a baseball cap to protect her from the sun's rays.
Jeff was similarly attired in a grey T-shirt with dark shorts and also wore a cap to give him some shade. and they looked comfortable in each other's company during their walk on July 5. Aubrey was striding confidently as she seemed to be speaking to her husband who looked at her attentively, placing his hand on her back as they seemingly headed with purpose to their destination.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said in a statement following Jeff's passing: "Death was determined for an approximately 47-year old male, no transport. We responded to the 2100 block of Fern Dale Place for a death investigation. Officers responded for a male decedent." Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that he was pronounced dead at the scene.
