Baby boy found dead in caravan as cops arrest man, 31, over ‘child neglect’ A MAN has been arrested after a four-month-old baby boy was found dead in a caravan in Devon.
"A criminal investigation has been launched following the death and our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident and how the death has occurred.

The 41-year-old was detained on suspicion of child neglect following the grim discovery in Plymouth on Wednesday.
