The Channel 4 show and her previous 11-year stint on The Great British Menu have made Prue a household name, but the South African restauranter and cookery writer has been a big deal in the food industry for decades.
Prue first joined the Great British Bake Off in 2017 and has judged the culinary treats every since with Paul Hollywood (aside from one).
