On Thursday night (January 23), Claudia Winkleman introduced a major twist to the game, ahead of tonight's final. She explained that after the day's missions, the competitor who earned the most coins would be crowned as the 'Seer. ' At the end of the episode, the host unveiled that Francesca had won the title.
As the 'Seer', she was given the power to invite one other player to a private meeting where they must uncover whether they are a Faithful or Traitor. In an unexpected twist, she selected Charlotte, the final Traitor, to expose her true identity. As the duo is set to meet face-to-face in tonight's episode, fans of the BBC hit show have taken to Reddit to discuss their 'hopes' for one contestant. In a Reddit thread titled 'Alexander has really grown on me,' one user expressed that although they did not initially like the diplomat, they have grown fond of him and "hope he wins.".
However, viewers are not convinced he will claim the victory, reports the Daily Star. One TV fan replied: "I don't think he will [win] sadly, Leanne really hates him for some reason, and now it's almost guaranteed that both Charlotte and Frankie will go (if the players make the smart choice.) I think it will come down to Leanne and Jake.".
