The BRIT Awards have revealed who will be performing this year. It comes after it was revealed that comedian and actor Jack Whitehall will be returning to hosting duties. Jack, 36, had hosted the awards from 2018 until 2021 but this year is taking back full control. Sharing the exciting news, the BRITs teased Jack's return in a social media video – while explaining it wasn't a "comeback.". An accompanying video showed Jack standing in the "BRITS Strategy Room" as he tried to figure out the winning formula to hosting the ceremony. Addressing the camera, the comedian says: "So I've had some ideas for the announcement video to cut through the noise. We need a slogan… 'Jack's Back!' Yeah. Bit boring maybe? Once you go Jack, you never go back. And then we cross out the 'never.'" A voice then asks: "Have we got anything else?" And the Fresh Meat actor says: "Maybe I'm getting bogged down in the puns…".

One of the musicians who will be taking to the stage revealed that she was left inconsolable after being asked to perform, having manifested the gig. But who will be performing? This year, those lucky enough to be at the ceremony on March 1 at London's O2 Arena and viewers at home will see Jade, Myles Smith, Teddy Swims, The Last Dinner Party and Shaboozey perform some of their recent and biggest hits.

This year, Myles has already bagged the BRITs Rising Star Award and is also going up against some huge names in three categories including Best New Artist, Pop Act and Song of the Year. Meanwhile, former Little Mix songstress Jade, previously known as Jade Thirlwall will take to the stage with her debut hit, Angel Of My Dreams. "I've honestly manifested every day since the release of Angel Of My Dreams to perform at the BRIT Awards. I cried when I found out. I can't wait to bring a huge, chaotic pop moment to the BRITs stage," said Jade. Meanwhile, Shaboozey commented: "I'm beyond grateful and humbled to not only be nominated for a BRIT Award but to take the stage. This past year has been huge for me with my records getting love from all over the world and now I can celebrate with my friends and fans in London".

Myles Smith added: "Performing at the BRITs is such an incredible honour, and it feels surreal to even say it out loud. To think I was sitting at home watching it last year, and now I'm performing the very next year... It's just insane. Grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to step onto that stage.". Teddy Swims struggled to contain his excitement as well. Reflecting on his upcoming performance, the Lose Control musician said: "I'm so excited to be performing at the BRITs! What an honour, I love you so much!" Rockers The Last Dinner Party added: "We are SO excited to be performing at the 2025 BRIT Awards!!!! At our first BRITs last year we were in total awe at the scale and spectacle of the performances, so we can't wait to bring our own show to such an iconic stage!".

Nominations were announced last week via the Bring on The BRITs with Mastercard, a livestream hosted by Capital FM Breakfast presenter Sian Welby. Nominees this year include Sam Fender, Bring Me The Horizon, Billie Eilish, Charli xcx, Dua Lipa, Jade, Sabrina Carpenter, The Cure, Taylor Swift, Central Cee, Chappell Roan, Rachel Chinouriri, The Beatles and dozens of others. Today, fan voting opens exclusively through WhatsApp for the five genre categories and will close on Friday February 14, at 11.59.
