Charlotte Chilton has responded to ex Conor Maynard after the singer claimed a previously undisclosed battle with anxiety was the cause for his month long absence from social media. Maynard, 32, begged Instagram followers for advice on Monday as he weighed up the possibility of using prescribed medication to alleviate his symptoms after revealing his struggle with the cognitive disorder.
The singer had previously been savaged by Chilton for an apparent failure to acknowledge their three-month old daughter Penelope after conceiving the child during a one night stand. And returning to her own Instagram platform on Monday afternoon, Chilton, 33, a former contestant on Channel 4 show The Traitors, appeared to take another dig at Maynard.
Sharing a photo of a sertraline box, she wrote: '100mg for the last year, going strong.'. Sertraline - also sold under the name Zoloft - is a commonly prescribed anti-depressant that can also be used to treat anxiety disorders. The TV personality shared a photo of a sertraline box - the prescribed drug is commonly used to treat depression and anxiety disorders. Chilton welcomed daughter Penelope in September following a one night stand with Maynard. But she insists the singer ghosted her online after discovering she was pregnant and is yet to express any interest in the child, who is understood to have suffered 'tummy issues' over recent weeks.
