Dancing on Ice fans have spotted Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern’s ‘annoying’ habit - and they are not impressed. The ITV show was back on screens on Sunday night (January 19) for a brand new episode - fronted by Holly and Stephen. Last week, saw the likes of Chris Taylor, Sam Aston and Ferne McCann take to the ice to show off their best moves. While this week, the remaining five celebs finally strapped on their skates to show the judges their skills.
EastEnders legend Charlie Brooks and Sir Steve Redgrave all performed, as well as Mollie Pearce, Dan Edgar and Josh Jones. However, fans watching the latest instalment couldn’t help but pick up on the host’s ‘annoying’ habit. Rushing over to X, viewers pointed out how Holly and Stephen keep mentioning that the show is live.
“Why do they keep on mentioning that they are live?! Lmao,” said one person. Another added: “We know bits are live others are not. Why keep mentioning it?” A third proclaimed: “Why do they keep reiterating that it’s live WE KNOW! It’s annoying.”.
Meanwhile, Dancing on Ice has made a shock change to the show, as instead of a skate-off, the star with the lowest score is automatically sent home. The lowest score is made up of the results of a public vote as well as the judge’s scores. Reacting to the show scrapping the skate-off fans were not impressed. One person penned: “Getting rid of the dance-off is completely unfair because it puts one group at a disadvantage to the other.”.
