Tributes have flooded in for a Dragons' Den contestant who was found dead in a woodland area on October 1. Many friends have posted tributes to Graeme Turner, who appeared on the show in 2010 where he pitched a children's customisable wallpaper kit to investors. His son led the messages in remembrance of Graeme, posting an emotional message about his businessman father on Facebook at the end of the year.
Writing alongside a picture of Graeme, his son wrote: "I have just lost the best, strongest, kindest, most loyal, courageous dad I have ever had and known, he was the godfather the inspiration in my life. I am devastated and that is an understatement.".
Friends also paid tribute to the Dragons' Den contestant, with one user writing: "It's with a heavy heart to announce we lost a very good friend and past member of The Supporters Club prior to Christmas. Graeme Turner sadly passed away after a long battle with illness.".
This tribute was joined by another, in which it was said: "A great man and I had the privilege to be in his company on many occasions in my time." Another heartbroken friend added: "Very sad news, Graeme was a true gentleman and will be sadly missed by all Condolences to Graeme family and friends.".
Another described Graeme's character, as they shared their thoughts: "An absolute gentleman who will be sadly missed by all who knew him, my thoughts are with his family at this sad time, safe now in the arms of Jesus." Another added: "RIP Graeme, memories that will last a lifetime, thoughts are with all the family at this sad time.".
