Gleni Goleci, 27, was apprehended by officers with the Organised Crime Partnership while he was on Pottery Road, Kew, West London, in January this year.
When officers searched his Hyundai vehicle they found 1.5 kilos of cocaine and about £20,000 in cash in a sophisticated hide in the boot of his car.
