ELLIE GOULDING has sold her £3.1million London home after splitting from husband Caspar Jopling. But the Burn singer has made a sizeable loss on the three bedroom house, which is tucked away in Marylebone. Insiders told me Ellie has sold the property for £2.55m – £625,000 less than she paid for it.
