ALDI is launching a car product in stores this week that could save you £100s. The German retailer is, as ever, shaking up the Specialbuys section of its branches from Thursday, January 30. And shoppers can pick up a dent repair kit for just £6.99. The kit straightens out bodywork and can be used to repair minor dents and bumps on flat and curved panels.
According to Checkatrade, the average cost of repairing car dents is £335, so you could be saving yourself £328 buying the kit. Aldi is also launching a host of other products ideal for petrol heads on Thursday, including a car organiser with multiple compartments for £7.99.
Shoppers can also pick up a jump starter power bank for £29.99, tyre puncture sealant for £2.99 and an anti-theft car key pouch for £3.99. You'll have to be quick though as Aldi Specialbuys are limited edition and once they've sold out no more stock is added to shelves.
You won't be able to find them online either after Aldi ditched its home delivery service in 2023. Remember, you can find your nearest Aldi branch by using the retailer's store locator tool on its website. As ever, with any deal, make sure you shop around before buying the latest Aldi Specialbuys as you might find them cheaper elsewhere.
You can use websites like Trolley and Price Spy that let you compare prices on thousands of products. You can have a quick scan of the internet using the Google Shopping/Product tab as well. It comes after Aldi unveiled its Valentine's Day deal, with the cheapest deals starting at just £2.99 per person.
