Hyperoptic DOWN as thousands of customers left with no internet in major outage

INTERNET provider Hyperoptic is down as thousands of customers gave been left with no internet in a major outage. Around 4,500 reports of issues had been filed for one of Britain's most popular internet providers at 10.15am this morning from users across the UK, according to Down Detector.

The firm said it is currently "working on a resolution" in a post on X. Hyperoptic said: "We’re aware of some connection issues caused by technical problems with our servers. "Our team is actively investigating and working on a resolution. "Thank you for your patience and understanding—we’re committed to getting you back online as quickly as possible.".
