Gemma Collins has revealed she had to call an ambulance for her fiancé Rami Hawash on Friday night, as she thanked the paramedics for their help. The former TOWIE star, 43, took to her Instagram stories on Saturday to reveal that the businessman, 50, had been taken ill.
She shared a picture of Rami laying on the sofa as he was hooked up to a machine, with two ambulance workers surrounding him. Gemma wrote: 'Thank you to the amazing ambulance service who came for Rami last night, thankfully he will be ok.'. It came just hours after the reality star shared a slew of festive pictures as she signed off for the year and told her followers she will speak to them in 2025.
