GEMMA Collins has revealed blue light medics rushed to help her fiancé Rami Hawash after he suddenly took ill. An ambulance was called to treat the 50-year-old businessman. Gemma shared a snap of two paramedics in the living room. Rami could be seen on sofa being hooked up to a machine.
