People are loving a military trick which helps you fall asleep in just two minutes. Fitness guru Justin Agustin shared an incredible technique that promises to end those restless nights. He states in his YouTube video: "There's actually a military-proven technique to fall asleep in exactly two minutes after closing your eyes. It's mind-blowing.".
The method was originally designed to help soldiers sleep under any conditions, from noisy battlefields to the most uncomfortable spots. Crucial for soldiers who need their reflexes sharp, this technique was mainly developed for fighter pilots who can't afford to lose focus due to sleep deprivation, as per Agustin's research.
Delving into the specifics, Justin instructs to start by calming your entire body and progressively shutting down each part, head to toe. Commence with easing the forehead muscles, he advises: "Relax your eyes, your cheeks, your jaw and focus on your breathing.
"Now, go down to your neck and your shoulders. Make sure your shoulders are not tensed up. Drop them as low as you can and keep your arms loose to your side, including your hands and fingers.". For added effect, envision a warm sensation flowing from your head down to your fingertips. To complete the process, take a deep breath, exhale slowly, and let the relaxation spread through your chest, stomach, thighs, knees, legs, and feet.
