Hollyoaks characters enjoy picnic on basket storing murdered Dilly’s body

Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Tuesday’s (January 14) episode that is now available to view on Channel 4 streaming. The episode in question will air on E4 on at 7pm. Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart) and Martha Blake (Sherrie Hewson) enjoyed a picnic in the flat, unaware that the basket from which they were dining was storing the body of Dilly Harcourt (Emma Johnsey-Smith).

Dilly was killed off earlier this week as part of a controversial twist which saw Jez (Jeremy Sheffield) claim the life of his niece in a bid to stop her from going to the police over Ethan Williams’ (Matthew James Bailey) murder. Sienna Blake (Anna Passey), as fans know, murdered Ethan on their wedding day and later confessed such a thing to Dilly, leaving her cousin devastated.

Up Next. With Dilly having been a fan-favourite, the development didn’t go down too well with viewers of the show, who hoped that somehow Dilly survived the showdown with Jez. Tuesday’s episode, however, poured cold water on such a theory, with Jez having put Dilly’s body in a picnic hamper, which he intended to get rid of later that day.
