Hollyoaks star Emma Jonesy-Smith, who plays the role of Dilly Harcourt, is reportedly set to leave the Channel 4 soap as she becomes a victim of murder in upcoming storylines. The actress has portrayed scheming Dilly, Sienna Blake’s (played by Anna Passey) sister, for 18 months, having joined Hollyoaks in July 2023. Since her arrival on the soap, Dilly has been determined to get revenge on Sienna, but after her scheme was exposed, the sisters finally came together and sparked up a close relationship. Pushing them even further together, it was later revealed that Patrick Blake (Jeremy Sheffield) wasn't their father, but instead, his twin brother, Jez.

In an upcoming twist, it has been revaled that Jez will be uncovered as the newest serial killer and that his own daughter, Dilly, will be his first victim. A source told The Sun: "Hollyoaks is known for its serial killers, but they’ve gone all out this time. It’s safe to say this bombshell reveal will see Jez unmasked as the most dangerous murderer to ever grace the village.".

They noted that Jez, as the new serial killer, will make notorious Silas "look like Tom Cunningham". The source added that the storyline is "set to run and run" before it becomes clear "that he doesn’t operate alone." "He’s had a lot of help hiding his disturbing hobby for years - and he hasn’t been acting alone," they said.

The Mirror has contacted Hollyoaks and Emma's representatives for comment. Not much is known about Emma outside of the Channel 4 soap, but if her social media snaps are anything to go by, she loves to travel. Emma has shared photos from Marbella which she captioned as her 'favourite place', but it also looks like she is an avid skier on her trips to Les Arcs in France and Austria. And while Dilly is known for her edgy look and dark eyeliner, Emma's style is very different.
