Wilson conquered the Crucible for the first time last year and has enjoyed a brilliant season since, winning the Xi’an Grand Prix, Northern Ireland Open and the German Masters.
Wilson said O’Sullivan was even messaging him during the Masters final and he hopes their positive relationship will continue.
