Hyperoptic is DOWN: Internet provider crashes for thousands of users across the UK

It's one of the most popular internet providers in the UK. But Hyperoptic has crashed this morning, leaving thousands unable to access the internet. According to Down Detector, the problems started at around 10:00am and are affecting users across the UK.

Hyperoptic confirmed the outage on X adding it is 'working on a resolution'. 'We’re aware of some connection issues caused by technical problems with our servers,' it tweeted. 'Our team is actively investigating and working on a resolution. 'Thank you for your patience and understanding – we’re committed to getting you back online as quickly as possible!'.

About 45 minutes later it said the issue is resolved and affected customers should be back online, but some are still reporting issues. It's one of the most popular internet providers in the UK. But Hyperoptic has crashed this morning, leaving thousands unable to access the internet.
